About You:

We are seeking a talented individual who has a deep understanding of the security needs, challenges, and opportunities of UK/EMEA customers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, strong knowledge and expertise on the security landscape, challenges, and solutions, including regulatory and compliance requirements, industry standards and best practices, and customer needs and expectations.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering programs and initiatives that engage and educate the UK/EMEA customer community on Microsoft's security practices, capabilities, and CISO office roadmap. This includes collecting and synthesizing feedback and input from the customer community and communicating it to internal teams and leaders.

A successful candidate will also identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration and co-innovation with the customer community on security matters. Representing Microsoft as a trusted and credible voice on security matters in the UK/EMEA customer community is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the security needs, challenges, and opportunities of UK/EMEA customers and stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the UK/EMEA region.
  • Design and deliver programs and initiatives that engage and educate the UK/EMEA customer community.
  • Collect and synthesize feedback and input from the customer community.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration and co-innovation with the customer community.
  • Represent Microsoft as a trusted and credible voice on security matters.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise on the security landscape, challenges, and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful and engaging programs and initiatives.
  • Passion and curiosity for learning and staying abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the security domain.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent preferred.
