UK & EMEA Colleague Engagement Manager

**Position Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced colleague engagement and communications expert to join our team in the UK and EMEA regions. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that engage and inform colleagues across the UK and EMEA regions.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies that engage and inform colleagues across the UK and EMEA regions
- Collaborate with regional leaders to ensure employee programming and communications are tailored to the needs and preferences of colleagues
- Create and manage content for various internal communication channels
**Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in internal communications, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience with change management and employee engagement communications and initiatives
- Innovative, strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach
**Estimated Salary Range:** £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
