Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the EMEA business strategy in alignment with global objectives.
  • Drive the region's financial performance, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and sustainable practices.
  • Oversee all operations within the EMEA region, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement robust governance, risk management, and compliance processes across the region.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across production, supply chain, and customer service functions.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of regional executives and managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure leadership succession planning and development of talent across the region.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing P&L and leading large-scale operations across multiple countries within the EMEA region.
  • Experience in managing customers including food and beverage manufacturers & out of home customers.
  • Strong experience in strategic planning, business development, and operational excellence.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and influence.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics, regulatory landscapes, and economic factors impacting the EMEA region.
  • Financial acumen, with a deep understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and profitability levers.
