We are looking for a seasoned EMEA Regional Payroll Director to lead our payroll operations across the region.

The salary for this role is estimated at £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

This is a key leadership position within our organization, responsible for the strategic direction of EMEA payroll operations. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Financial Services regulations and a proven track record in managing complex payroll systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, as well as effective communication with regional teams and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for EMEA payroll operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead regional teams to resolve complex payroll issues and improve overall operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with external payroll providers to optimize workflows and meet deadlines
  • Monitor and analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide expert advice on payroll-related matters to senior management and external stakeholders
