UK and EMEA Payroll Director

Roman Health Pharmacy LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to lead our payroll operations in the UK and EMEA regions. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results.
About the Position
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in processing UK payroll, with a strong understanding of General Ledger systems and payroll journals. You will also have experience dealing with third-party payroll providers and knowledge of workplace, payroll, and tax legislation. In-depth knowledge of Netsuite and Workday is a plus, as well as familiarity with other EMEA payroll regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of end-to-end payroll for UK & EMEA Regions
- Review payroll submissions including company-specific payroll returns, tax returns, online filings with tax authorities, ensuring all requirements are met within required timeframes
- Conduct regular audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in accordance with organizational policies and procedures and in line with the legislative, business, and auditing requirements
- Work closely with People Experience, Finance, and third-party payroll providers to ensure payroll processes align with overall company goals and objectives.
