We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Payroll Coordinator to join our Global Payroll team at Klaviyo.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in global payroll processing, with a focus on EMEA and APAC regions. They should be knowledgeable about current legislative requirements, including NI, SSP, SMP, SPP, and year-end reporting.

The role will involve working collaboratively with internal and external business partners to develop and implement global payroll best practices. This includes elevating the employee experience by delivering accurate and timely payroll, making an impact as a member of our global payroll team through knowledge sharing and mentoring, and being an integral partner for our total payroll insourcing project and future EMEA payroll implementations and processing.

The successful candidate will have experience with equity, pension, and benefit administration from a payroll perspective, as well as in-depth knowledge of benefits in kind, expense reimbursement, and related P11D reporting and PAYE settlement agreement.

Klaviyo offers a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including auto-enrollment pension and Workday Payroll, Absence.
