About the Job:
You will be responsible for assisting with the processing of payroll and pension operations, working closely with our payroll and finance teams to ensure smooth operation of pension processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage pension schemes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and pension operations.
- Process joiners, leavers, retirements, and transfers accurately and on time.
- Maintain pension records and data accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with scheme members, providing clear guidance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing various pensions schemes is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and pensions required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with payroll software.
