**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Pension Administrator to join our team at Portfolio Payroll. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to develop their career in pension management and administration.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will assist with the administration of various pension schemes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and pension operations. You will work closely with our payroll and finance teams to ensure smooth operation of pension processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer range of pension schemes, maintaining records and data accuracy.
  • Process joiners, leavers, retirements, and transfers accurately and on time.
  • Calculate and process pension benefits in line with scheme rules and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with scheme members, providing clear guidance.
  • Assist with annual and ad-hoc reporting, including scheme valuations and pension audits.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing various pensions schemes desirable.
  • Good understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and pensions required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with payroll software beneficial.
