About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Payroll and Pensions expert to join our team at Portfolio Payroll Limited. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing advice on payroll and pension matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage payroll processes in accordance with established procedures.
  2. Ensure accurate completion of payroll transactions and returns.
  3. Provide guidance and support to managers, People Team, and staff on payroll and pension issues.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of effective payroll systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years working in Payroll or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory rules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
