Job Summary

We are looking for an EMEA Payroll Manager to join our Human Resources team at Millennium Management. The successful candidate will work alongside and report to the Head of International Payroll Operations to provide payroll support to employees in the EMEA region.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of EMEA payroll specialists based in London and Bangalore.
  • Work closely with the local and global HR team and external payroll provider to ensure accurate data and timely payments.
  • Support payroll, employee tax, and pension setup for new EMEA region office openings.
  • Meet all government obligations and reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience processing payroll and pension management.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation.
  • Working knowledge of payroll best practices in other EMEA regions.
