The EMEA Payroll and HRIS Specialist will play a key role in ensuring a seamless employee experience across our region. This involves partnering with various teams to execute payroll processes efficiently, maintaining compliance with local laws, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and deliver accurate payroll services across EMEA locations, adhering to local regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Global payroll team on cross-regional processing, including expatriate and bonus payroll.
  • Prepare and submit EMEA leaver and year-end tax documents in a timely manner.
  • Mange third-party payroll vendors, providing regular feedback to ensure quality standards.
  • Interpret and communicate new legislation impacting payroll, manage compliance updates, and facilitate employee communication as needed.
  • Oversee EMEA region for ongoing payroll transformation projects.
  • Partner with EMEA and Global HR teams on operational efficiency initiatives affecting payroll, benefits, global mobility, and leavers.
  • Provide backup support for US payroll processing as needed.
  • Serve as the Workday Infrastructure Expert for the region.
  • Utilize HRIS (Workday) for accurate payroll processing, data auditing, and report creation.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integrations related to EMEA payroll processing.
  • Represent the EMEA HR team during bi-annual Workday release updates, reviewing new configurations and sharing potential enhancements.
  • Proactively review tenant setup and Business Processes to determine if workflow is accurate for the region.
  • Identify and implement enhancements and controls around processes in HRIS and payroll systems.
Requirements:
  • At least 4+ years' experience in payroll and HRIS functions, preferably on a regional or global team.
  • Workday experience is required.
  • Knowledge of European languages is a plus.
  • Experience managing external vendors, requiring strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in supporting and developing into multiple areas of the global Human Resources team.
Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
