HRIS Payroll Specialist

Seeking a seasoned HRIS professional with expertise in Workday configuration to join our client's HR Operations team in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in implementing Workday Payroll for the UK while also contributing to enhancements across EMEA and APAC.
The successful candidate will support the implementation of the Workday Payroll module and optimize existing HCM functionalities, perform audits, reconciliations, and validations to ensure data accuracy and compliance, and collaborate with global HRIS, Finance, and Tech teams to implement system upgrades and integrations. A competitive salary of £65-75K is on offer alongside the chance to make a meaningful impact in a global organization.
To be considered for this role, candidates should have circa 5 years of Workday configuration experience, including Payroll, strong expertise in Workday reporting, integrations, and data analysis tools, exceptional attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
