Overview

AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) is seeking an exceptional Cloud Ecosystem Strategist to join our team in a pivotal role focused on Partner Development Management. As a seasoned professional with expertise in driving revenue growth and customer adoption across strategic business partners and customers, you will be responsible for delivering on our strategy to build mind share and adoption of Amazon's infrastructure web services.

About the Role

This key position involves working closely with AWS Commercial field sales teams and customers to drive top line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption across all market segments through partner engagement. The ideal candidate will have both a business background that enables them to engage at the CXO level, and a sales background that enables them to easily interact with enterprise customers and field sales reps. You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.

Main Responsibilities

- Foster strong relationships with National System Integrators, Cloud Born Partners, Distributors, and Value-Added resellers to expand existing AWS footprint and drive new customer engagements.
- Advise customers and commercial sales teams on the value of partners, align partners with the sales teams to drive successful sales outcomes, and recommend qualified partners to support customer needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth, customer adoption, and partner engagement within the UK&I region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving deal execution with partners and leveraging Partner programs.
- Consistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics, demonstrating expertise in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization, and influencing C and VP level Partner engagement in the cloud space.

Benefits and Requirements

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of €100,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits program. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Solid experience managing National System Integrators, Cloud Born Partners, Distributors, and Value-Added resellers
- Experience influencing and delivering results through C and VP level Partner engagement in the cloud space
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
