Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in 1st/2nd line support.
  • Office 365 administration and troubleshooting expertise.
  • Desktop troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Network and Firewall knowledge and troubleshooting.
  • Windows server administration skills.

Azure and AWS knowledge would be beneficial.
