LA International is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Engineer to join their team. As a Help Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users and resolving a range of technical issues. This will include troubleshooting software and hardware problems, as well as completing administrative tasks within Service Now.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also need to be flexible and willing to work on a rota to cover early and late shifts. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £18.13 per hour, working a total of 37.5 hours per week.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment. With full on-site training provided, you will have the chance to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in the field of IT support.
