Job Title: IT Service Desk Apprentice

Job Type: Apprenticeship

Salary:£18,000 - £23,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated individual to join our IT Service Desk team as an IT Service Desk Apprentice. As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced team members to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in providing excellent customer service and support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in resolving technical issues: Work alongside experienced technicians to resolve user queries and problems.
  • Participate in training sessions: Attend regular training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to process improvements: Assist in identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance service delivery.
