Job Description

We are seeking a Service Desk Engineer to join our In Technology Group team in Birmingham. As a key member of our service desk team, you will be responsible for delivering 2nd and 3rd line support, working closely with the Service Desk and Development teams.

About the Team

Our team is responsible for providing technical support to our clients, and we are looking for a skilled engineer to join our ranks.

About You
  1. You will have solid experience in an IT service desk role, with knowledge of ITIL processes.
  2. You will be proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365.
  3. You will have strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewall management (Sophos preferred).
What We Offer

This role comes with a salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and offers a range of benefits.
