Job Title: Help Desk Team Manager

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the Help Desk team's performance, ensuring timely resolution of Incidents and Service Requests.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance and feedback for improvement.
  • Monitor and prioritize Incidents, ensuring SLAs are met, quality is maintained, and escalations are handled appropriately.
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk Manager to improve team performance and document activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in customer service technology, with Lead experience.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure situations.
