Customer Journey Manager

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Journey Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service throughout their journey, from initial contact to resolution.

You will work closely with our claims management team to resolve complex claims issues, as well as reviewing and approving contractor variations and estimates from third-party suppliers. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of claims from initiation to completion
  • Work closely with contractors and stakeholders to resolve complex claims issues
  • Review and approve contractor variations and estimates from third-party suppliers
  • Justify cost increases to minimize claim leakage
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email
