Lead the Charge in Customer Experience

We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our customer experience efforts. As Head of Customer Experience, you'll lead the charge in creating exceptional experiences for our customers.

This pivotal role will place you at the forefront of our mission to deliver world-class customer service, supported by cutting-edge tools and technology.

You'll oversee the operations of our Technical Services Contact Centre and Field Services teams, ensuring seamless support and rapid response to service requests.

With a strong track record in managing large-scale technical service operations, you'll inspire a culture of excellence and drive continuous improvement across all customer-facing teams.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus bonuses, to reward your outstanding performance.
