Territory Account Manager (East Midlands)

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre-tender business development activity, including additional 3rd party business areas to support Sysmex MSC bids. Understand client needs and lead pre-sales activity to demonstrate Sysmex's capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development of winning bid strategies for all networks and accounts, including route to market strategy through Sysmex Direct MSCs and relevant frameworks.
  • Ensure the quality of financial and technical tender responses for all bids, leading the bids team to ensure compliance with business standards and accurate submissions.
  • Deliver operational excellence in post-sales customer service and support for accounts, acting as the main point of contact for customer issues and ensuring timely delivery of reports and purchase orders.
  • Manage sales performance by providing detailed forecasts and reviewing performance against business targets.
  • Support the Regional Commercial Manager with timely updates and reports on business progress and market feedback.
  • Build effective relationships with key influencers for business procurement decisions.
  • Deliver pre and post-sales activities for Sysmex Haem and Coagulation business as well as associated businesses.
  • Deliver on the agreed bidding strategy for each Pathology Network.
  • Deputise for the Regional Commercial Manager and other commercial team members as required.
  • Hold accountable those responsible for Sysmex Service delivery in your territory.

Your Profile

  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Have previous experience in Key Account Management in the In Vitro Diagnostics industry.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a direct sales role involving complex sales/tenders in the diagnostics arena.
  • Have general knowledge of MS Office products - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
