Regional Account Manager

We are seeking a Territory Account Manager to join our team at Sysmex UK.
Territory Account Manager (South West)Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing winning bid strategies for all networks and accounts, including route to market strategy through Sysmex Direct MSCs and relevant frameworks.
- Leading the bids team to deliver high-quality tender responses that meet client needs while complying with business standards.
- Delivering operational excellence in post-sales customer service and support for your accounts.
- Managing sales performance for your business, providing a detailed forecast and reviewing performance against business targets.
- Supporting the Regional Commercial Manager in delivering the strategy, providing timely updates and reports on business progress and market feedback.
This field-based role requires a full driver's license and previous experience in Key Account Management, direct sales, and managed service contracts within the healthcare sector.
You will also need to have knowledge and experience of forecasting sales, contract management, and MS Office products.
This role is eligible for our company benefit package and offers hybrid working arrangements after a successful probation period.
