As a Business Development Manager for Regional Expansion, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our bus and coach business in the South.

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially aware individual who can identify and secure long-term business opportunities and create value from new and existing customer accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the South
  • Create value from new and existing customer accounts through effective account management
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention

You will be responsible for managing your own time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting targets. We offer a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with the company.

Requirements
  • A proven track record in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
  • A clean driving license is highly desirable
