Business Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Expansion Specialist to join our dynamic Trade Waste team on the Isle of Wight. This exciting role will involve driving business growth through new sales opportunities and strategic partnerships, developing and implementing plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs, and leading a team of trade waste operations specialists to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in waste management or a similar sector, with experience in business development and sales. We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a generous pension scheme and flexible working arrangements.
