The successful candidate will operate remotely, covering London, Kent, Northampton and the south east region. The role involves driving business development and managing key accounts for HVAC products, including sales of industrial equipment.

Job Description

As a Regional Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to expand our customer base.
  • Managing existing relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver sales growth and revenue targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A deep understanding of the HVAC industry and its key trends and challenges.
Benefits
