About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Growth Business Development team, you will be responsible for building and implementing an insight and research function to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an insight and research function to support prospect and client development.
  • Collaborate with marketing, business development, and external providers to track and target high-value accounts.
  • Present Churchill Services and its brands to potential clients through direct communication.
  • Develop tailored presentations to engage with potential clients.
  • Create and support Win plans and Capture planning for priority pipeline opportunities.
  • Work with the bid team to create compelling reasons to win, detailing clear commitments across all opportunities.
  • Generate weekly reports and CRM dashboards as required by senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in Facility Management.
  • Ability to work from home and attend meetings at different locations within your designated region and other regions as necessary.
  • Drive, motivation, and attention to detail to ensure all growth opportunities are explored and capitalized.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook) and CRM databases.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to accept and implement feedback in a continuously developing environment.
