Business Director for Growth

Crown Conservatories, Windows and Doors Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Director to oversee the daily management of a busy conservatory, windows and doors company in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business management.
About the Role:We are looking for a talented individual to take on the responsibility of leading and managing a diverse team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all members.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and oversee daily business sales figures and performance, producing reports when required.
- Assume day-to-day responsibility for the business operation, overseeing all issues arising from various departments.
- Performance management of staff and light HR duties.
- Manage all company insurances, H&S obligations, and legal compliance.
- Implement, cascade, and ensure staff compliance with company policies, procedures, and processes.
- Develop strategic plans for growth and improvement in collaboration with Directors.
The ideal candidate should have strong initiative, proficiency in Microsoft packages, and experience with Sage would be an advantage.
A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is offered to the successful candidate, reflecting the importance of this role in driving business growth.
