Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing existing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing proposals and pitches that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum and a range of benefits including a pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days' annual leave.
