Business Growth Specialist

DS Smith is a leading provider of innovative packaging solutions, and we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our UK Packaging Division.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, with experience in the FMCG sector. A full driving license and strong ability to work independently with travel as needed are essential.
The role involves working closely with our E-commerce product team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and revenue. The successful candidate will be driven to meet sales targets, have strong business acumen and negotiation skills, and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus car allowance, sales bonus scheme, and comprehensive benefits package.
