We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team at TECHNIA, where you will play a key role in driving business growth and development. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing house accounts, promoting and upselling new software licenses, and working closely with customers to understand their business needs.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Milton Keynes, with a requirement to work 2-3 days per week from the office. The successful candidate will be expected to use a data-driven approach to identify new prospect customers and accounts within targeted industries, and to build strong relationships with the sales organisation to accelerate the business's go-to-market strategy.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer business needs, and the ability to use analytics to drive sales decisions. A competitive salary of around £40,000-£50,000 per annum, plus benefits such as private medical insurance and cycle to work scheme, make this a highly attractive offer for any ambitious sales professional.
