Regional Account Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account professional to join our team at Sysmex Europe GmbH.
About the Role:
- Deliver pre-tender business development activities, including 3rd party business areas to support Sysmex MSC bids.
- Contribute to the development of winning bid strategies for all networks and accounts, including route to market strategy through Sysmex Direct MSCs and relevant frameworks.
- Lead the bids team to deliver compliant bids, ensuring the quality of financial and technical tender responses.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer issues, ensuring operational excellence in post-sales customer service and support.
- Manage sales performance, providing detailed forecasts and reviewing performance against business targets.
- Support the Regional Commercial Manager in strategy delivery, providing updates and reports on business progress.
- Build effective relationships with key influencers for business procurement decisions.
- Deliver pre and post sales activities for Sysmex Haem and Coagulation business and associated businesses.
Your Profile:
- Holds a full UK driving license.
- Previous experience in Key Account Management in the In Vitro Diagnostics industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a direct sales role involving complex sales/tenders in the diagnostics arena.
- General knowledge of MS Office products - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

This role is eligible for our extensive company benefit package, including the provision of hybrid working. Hybrid working will commence after your probation period has been successfully completed. This is a field-based role.
