Job Title: Regional Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team at Sysmex Europe GmbH. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering pre-tender business development activity, including additional 3rd party business areas to support Sysmex MSC bids.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contributing to the development of winning bid strategies for all networks and accounts, including route to market strategy through Sysmex Direct MSCs and relevant frameworks.
  2. Responsible for the quality of financial and technical tender responses for all bids, leading the bids team to meet client needs.
  3. Ensuring operational excellence in post-sales customer service and support, acting as the main point of contact for customer issues.
  4. Managing sales performance, providing detailed forecasts and reviewing performance against business targets.
  5. Supporting the Regional Commercial Manager with timely updates and reports on business progress and market feedback.
  6. Building effective relationships with key influencers for business procurement decisions.
  7. Delivering pre and post sales activities for Sysmex Haem and Coagulation business, as well as associated businesses.
  8. Delivering on the agreed bidding strategy for each Pathology Network.
  9. Deputising for the Regional Commercial Manager and other team members as required.
  10. Holding accountable those responsible for Sysmex Service delivery in your territory.

Your Profile:

  1. Full UK driving license.
  2. Previous experience in Key Account Management in the In Vitro Diagnostics industry.
  3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a direct sales role involving complex sales/tenders in the diagnostics arena.
  4. General knowledge of MS Office products - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
