Senior Business Development Manager

Momentum Hospitality Recruitment Ltd is looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to drive revenue growth and exceed targets by managing key client accounts and generating new business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Produce regular sales reports and presentations to management and stakeholders.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Recruit and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and business development within the hotel and hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of sales achievement and revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
