Revenue Management Executive

Salary: £50,000 (plus bonus and excellent benefits)
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic commercial team as a Revenue Management Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple revenue streams, including accommodations, meetings and events, food and beverage, leisure and spa.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee and enhance market share, revenue, and profitability across all key revenue streams
* Develop and implement sales and pricing strategies based on sound commercial judgement, supported by comprehensive analysis and business intelligence tools
* Foster strong working relationships with senior management, central departments, and stakeholders to ensure effective execution of revenue management strategies
* Prepare annual room budget segmented by market and contribute to setting full annual budget and revenue targets
* Identify appropriate market segments and distribution strategies required to meet budget goals, with a particular emphasis on driving direct bookings
* Review and update daily Demand Calendar to optimise RevPAR, RGI, and overall profitability through strategic pricing, inventory management, and sales restrictions
* Generate and assess weekly revenue report, providing detailed analysis of segment performance and trends, for submission to hotel ownership
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in revenue management, with a proven track record of overseeing revenue department and team. Key skills and qualifications include:
