Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Revenue Growth Specialist to join our commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and improving profitability across multiple revenue streams.

Main Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales and pricing strategies to drive revenue growth
* Foster strong working relationships with senior management, central departments, and stakeholders to ensure effective execution of revenue management strategies
* Prepare annual room budget segmented by market and contribute to setting full annual budget and revenue targets
* Identify opportunities to improve market share, revenue, and profitability across all key revenue streams
* Collaborate with sales team to review and challenge account production, identify new target accounts, and utilise tools like Agency360 and Hotstats for performance analysis

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in revenue management, with a proven track record of overseeing revenue department and team. Key skills and qualifications include:

* Strong negotiation and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment
