Job Description

The successful candidate will have experience managing marketing operations in a global and multicultural business environment. They will be responsible for the operational set up and testing of in-product retention user journeys, reporting on journey performance, and communicating results to stakeholders. Additionally, they will manage business-as-usual transactional service communications.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely and Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel and web analytics tools.
  • Ability to drive resolution to business problems and communicate status and progress to senior stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
