About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Journey Architect to lead our efforts in designing and executing customer journeys that drive engagement and retention.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences, as well as the ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer journey strategies that drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities to optimize campaigns.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer journey initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM and customer journey strategy development.
  • Proven track record of driving customer retention and growth through data-driven insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
