Job Summary:
Ashdown Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our compensation and benefits strategy to attract, retain, and motivate top talent in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with our business objectives and industry standards.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are competitive and attractive to potential candidates.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement performance-based incentives and recognition programs.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of employee compensation and benefits data.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
