We are looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of Total Rewards Lead, concentrating on compensation and benefits for our E&A offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benefits Management: Oversee benefit programs, address inquiries, assess and review initiatives, and coordinate with service providers.
- Team Leadership: Supervise team members in Belgium and India, managing compensation and benefits for Spain and the UK.
- Pension Management: Handle UK pension contributions, respond to employee inquiries, and manage adjustments.
- Compensation Evaluation: Analyze internal equity, external benchmarks, and assist Leaders and Managers with compensation-related inquiries.
- Process Oversight: Facilitate tasks associated with compensation practices, rewards planning, and market analysis.
Essential Qualifications: Deliver high-quality results, manage time effectively, enhance stakeholder relationships, suggest process enhancements, and share expertise with colleagues.
Desired Attributes: Strong time management abilities, capacity to collaborate in diverse teams, commitment to research and business ethics, adaptability, meticulous attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and self-driven motivation.
Experience Requirements: Minimum of 5 years in compensation and benefits, familiarity with published surveys, equity experience, financial analysis capabilities, strong communication skills, adeptness in handling confidential information, proactive team player, and proficiency in MS Excel.
