We are looking for an experienced professional to become a vital part of our HR department as a Total Rewards Lead, concentrating on compensation and benefits for our E&A offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benefits Management: Oversee benefit programs, address inquiries, assess and enhance initiatives, and coordinate with service providers.
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of professionals in Belgium and India, managing compensation and benefits for Spain and the UK.
- Pension Management: Administer UK pension contributions, respond to employee inquiries, and oversee modifications.
- Compensation Evaluation: Assess internal equity, external market comparisons, and assist Leaders and Managers with compensation-related questions.
- Process Oversight: Facilitate tasks associated with compensation strategies, rewards planning, and market research.
Essential Qualifications: Deliver high-quality results, manage time effectively, cultivate stakeholder relationships, suggest process enhancements, and disseminate knowledge among team members.
Desired Attributes: Strong time management capabilities, ability to collaborate in diverse teams, commitment to research and business ethics, adaptability, meticulous attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and self-driven motivation.
Experience Criteria: Minimum of 5 years in compensation and benefits, familiarity with published surveys, equity experience, financial analysis proficiency, strong communication abilities, capacity to manage confidential information, proactive team player, and advanced skills in MS-Excel.
