About the Role:

Frazer Jones is seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that support the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain the company's compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and employee benefits.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation and benefits-related matters.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement total rewards strategies that drive business results.
  • Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals to ensure the effective delivery of compensation and benefits services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a global property company.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and employees at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
