Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team.

The Compensation and Benefits Manager will play a crucial role in the design, execution, and oversight of the organization's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with our long-term strategic goals. This position is essential in maintaining competitive and equitable compensation practices while adhering to applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Compensation:

  • Assist the Head of Compensation in preparing documentation for the Remuneration Committee.
  • Stay informed about market trends in executive compensation.

Pension Oversight:

  • Manage the administration of the organization's pension plans.
  • Ensure adherence to pension-related laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with pension providers and consultants to effectively manage pension offerings.

Compensation Strategy Development:

  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of compensation strategies that align with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Conduct regular market assessments to ensure our compensation packages are competitive.
  • Design and implement incentive programs, including bonuses and commission plans.

Salary Management:

  • Oversee the annual review process for salaries and bonuses, working closely with the HR Business Partner team.
  • Develop and maintain job evaluation systems to support organizational structure.
  • Provide insights on salary benchmarking and compensation frameworks.

Benefits Management:

  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health and life insurance.
  • Ensure that benefits offerings are competitive and meet employee needs.

Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to communicate effectively about compensation and benefits to employees.
  • Provide support and guidance to HR and management on compensation and benefits issues.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Professional certification in HR or compensation management is preferred.
  • Experience in developing and executing compensation strategies.
  • Knowledge of pension regulations and compliance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
