We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at WorldFirst. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that drive business results and support our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with business objectives
  • Design and administer employee benefit programs, including health, dental, and vision plans
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to develop and implement total rewards strategies
  • Manage and analyze compensation and benefits data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a technology or financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of company goals and objectives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with compensation and benefits software and systems
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Certifications in compensation and benefits, such as CCP or CBP
