We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at WorldFirst. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that drive business results and support our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with business objectives
- Design and administer employee benefit programs, including health, dental, and vision plans
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to develop and implement total rewards strategies
- Manage and analyze compensation and benefits data to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a technology or financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen and understanding of company goals and objectives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with compensation and benefits software and systems
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Certifications in compensation and benefits, such as CCP or CBP
