Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in strategic projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Contribute to the design and improvement of compensation and benefits policies to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide advice and recommendations on compensation and benefits-related issues.
  • Conduct analysis and recommend improvements to compensation and benefit practices to maintain competitiveness and enhance employee engagement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement benefits programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to ensure our programs remain competitive.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in developing and managing regional/global compensation and benefits programs and processes.
  • Strong understanding of market conditions across numerous countries and regions, particularly in the EMEA markets.
  • Robust analytical skills and ability to translate conceptual knowledge into practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong self-management capabilities and ability to work with remote teams in different countries.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the FinTech industry.
  • Language skills, particularly Mandarin Chinese, Arabic, or European languages where we have entities.
