About the Role
  At Anglehouse, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Journey Coordinator to support our Practice Manager and Dental Nurses in delivering exceptional patient care. This part-time role requires 4 days of work per week from Monday to Saturday, with one Saturday per month on rotation.
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating patient appointments and schedules
  • Developing and implementing effective patient communication strategies
  • Managing patient records and CRM system
  • Collaborating with Practice Manager and Dental Nurses to achieve business objectives
  Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a dental reception role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
