Care Coordinator for Cancer Patients

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Coordinator for Cancer Patients to join our team at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. As a specialist nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with skin cancer, providing expert care and guidance throughout their journey.
Main Responsibilities
- To provide professional leadership and clinical expertise in the care of patients with skin cancer
- To develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams
- To deliver high-quality patient education and support, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs
- To contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies, ensuring best practices are upheld
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with experience in oncology or dermatology
- Post-registration qualification relevant to specialty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary
£40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
