Job Overview:

We are recruiting for a highly skilled Nurse Team Leader to join our oncology department at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. Additionally, you will administer medicines as prescribed, undertake clinical skills as required, and contribute to building an effective and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the oncology team and participate in the leadership of the ward
  • Coordinate shifts and ensure adequate staffing and skill mix
  • Administer medicines as prescribed and undertake clinical skills as required
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse educated to degree level
  • Post registration oncology qualification
  • SACT/Chemotherapy module
  • Evidence of continuous professional development
Salary:

£43,041 - £69,726 per annum (inclusive of annual leave and bank holidays)
