We are seeking a dedicated Lung Cancer Care Coordinator to join our team, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide individualized care.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating care, providing emotional support, and ensuring seamless transitions between different stages of care. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop care plans, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience working with patients with respiratory disease. You should be able to work flexibly, covering colleagues and service demand as required, and have experience working with electronic patient records and other IT systems.

We offer a competitive salary of £44,150 - £69,404 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
