Reward Process Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Reward Analyst to join our HR team in London. As a key member of our Reward team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design and implementation of our reward and benefits strategies. Your expertise in compensation and benefits, data analysis, and regulatory compliance will ensure our reward offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Your responsibilities will include supporting end-to-end performance and reward processes, driving market benchmarking initiatives, ensuring full compliance with regulatory compensation requirements, overseeing benefits reviews, configuring pay frameworks, and managing share schemes through third-party platforms. You will also collaborate with relevant departments to integrate reward processes and structures during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions.
