Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Organisational Development Officer to join our HR and Payroll Department at Aston Villa Football Club. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing learning programmes and organisational development initiatives to drive employee engagement and enhance skills.

Key responsibilities will include working collaboratively with Club departments to understand training needs, identifying skills gaps, and aligning our training offering with overall priorities. You will also design, develop, and deliver in-house training and workshops, as well as optimising the use of the apprenticeship levy to meet individual and Club development needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
